Ingredients

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ¼ cup pine nuts
  • ¼ teaspoon coarse kosher salt
  • 4 medium-size red bell peppers
  • 4 medium-size yellow bell peppers
  • ¼ teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon sherry vinegar
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 2 teaspoons fresh thyme
    • 8 slices bacon

Char peppers over open flame or in broiler until blackened on all sides. Transfer peppers to large bowl; cover tightly with plastic wrap. Let stand 15 minutes. Peel and seed peppers.
