Roasted Red Pepper Spread

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons bottled minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons white balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 (7-ounce) bottle roasted red bell peppers, drained and finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup tub light cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Combine all ingredients, stirring well. Serve with breadsticks, Melba toast, or celery sticks.
