Roasted Red Pepper Tartar Sauce

Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup(s) mayonnaise
  • 1 cup(s) roasted red bell peppers
  • 0.25 cup(s) finely chopped cornichons
  • 2 teaspoon(s) finely chopped tarragon
  • 0.5 teaspoon(s) finely grated lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon(s) fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 2 tablespoon(s) salted capers

Pat the roasted peppers dry and finely chop. Transfer to a medium bowl and stir in the cornichons, capers, tarragon, lemon zest and juice and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
