Roasted Salsa Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 cup(s) salsa
- 6 potatoes
- 2 teaspoon(s) chili powder
- 2 teaspoon(s) cumin
- 2 green onions, chopped
Preheat oven to 400°. Cut potatoes into wedges. Mix salsa, cumin and chili powder in a bowl. Toss potatoes in mixture and place on a greased sheet pan. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes. Baste if needed.
