Roasted Spiced Squash Seeds


  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • Seeds from 1 butternut squash, removed and cleaned
  • 1-2 teaspoons olive oil
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Ginger powder
  • Chili Powder
  • Kosher salt
