Ingredients

  • 5 cups cooked white rice
  • 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 8 medium red onions
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • ½ pound ground beef
