Ingredients

  • Warm Bacon Dressing
  • 1 ½ pounds sweet potatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 (6-oz.) bag baby spinach
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Garnish: cooked, crumbled bacon
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • 2 large onions

1. Peel sweet potatoes, and cut into 1-inch cubes. Cut onions into quarters, and cut each quarter in half. 2.
