Roasted Tomatillo-Mango Salsa with Spiced Tortilla Chips

Ingredients

  • 10 (6-inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 ½ pounds fresh tomatillos
  • 3 cups finely diced peeled mango (about 2 large)
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 large onion, peeled and quartered
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • + 8 more ingredients
    • Chips:
    • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
    • Salsa:
    • ¼ teaspoon salt
    • ½ cup fresh cilantro leaves
    • 1 large jalapeño pepper
    • 4 unpeeled garlic cloves
    • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Preheat oven to 450°. To prepare chips, lightly coat tortillas with cooking spray. Combine the chili powder, cumin, and 1/4 teaspoon salt in a small bowl; sprinkle evenly over tortillas.
