Roasted Tomato Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • ½ cup(s) chopped fresh basil
  • ½ cup(s) red wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup(s) olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon(s) brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, pressed
  • 10 Roma tomatoes (1 ¾ lbs)
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • ¾ pound(s) noodles
    • 2 ounce(s) string cheese torn into threads

Mix basil, vinegar, oil, sugar, garlic and mustard. Pour 3 T. mixture into 10x15" Pyrex pan. Cut each tomato lengthwise into 3 slices. Turn to coat with dressing. Bake in single layer at 425° until edges are brown. Cook pasta. Rinse. Mix pasta with dressing. Mix with tomatoes. Serve.
