Roasted-Tomato Pasta with Basil

Ingredients

  • Grated Parmesan and torn fresh basil leaves, for serving
  • 2 cups Whole Roasted Tomatoes
  • 3 garlic cloves, smashed and peeled
  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 12 ounces medium pasta shells
  • Coarse salt and ground pepper
