Ingredients

  • 1 ½ teaspoons (about 1/2 envelope) unflavored gelatin dissolved in 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2/3 cup rose water
  • 2/3 cup rose water
  • 1 1/3 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped pistachios
  • ½ cup light corn syrup
  • 1 to 2 drops each red and yellow food coloring, if desired
  • + 9 more ingredients

    • ¼ cup mild honey
    • ½ cup light corn syrup
    • 1 ½ teaspoons (about 1/2 envelope) unflavored gelatin dissolved in 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
    • 1 1/3 cups sugar
    • 1/3 cup finely chopped pistachios
    • 1 tablespoon finely grated lime zest
    • 1 tablespoon finely grated lime zest
    • ¼ cup mild honey

1. Bring first 3 ingredients and 6 cups water to a boil in a large, heavy, nonstick saucepan over high heat. Reduce heat to low, and simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes.
