Rosemary-and-Black Pepper Lamb Chops

Ingredients

  • Mint Chimichurri
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¾ teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

    • 8 (1-inch-thick) lamb rib chops (about 1 ¼ pounds)
