Rosemary and Garlic Lamb Chops
- meaty lamb rib chops
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 ½ teaspoons fresh rosemary
- 5 garlic cloves
- 2 ¼ teaspoons salt
