Rosemary and Pine Nut Cookies
Ingredients
- 1-½ tsp. chopped fresh rosemary
- ½ tsp. baking soda
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup pine nuts, toasted
- ½ tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 6 oz. (¾ cup) unsalted butter, softened
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- + 2 more ingredients

- 6-¾ ounces (1-½ cups) unbleached all-purpose flour
In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt until well blended, and set aside.In a food processor, pulse the sugar and rosemary until combined and the rosemary is finely chopped.
