Rosemary Cheese with Fig Preserves

Ingredients
- Crackers, toasted French bread slices, or bagel chips
- ¾ cup fig preserves
- 1 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
- Garnish: fresh rosemary sprigs
- 1 (3-ounce) log goat cheese, softened

Process first 5 ingredients in a food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Spoon cheese mixture into a lightly greased 1 1/2-cup mold lined with plastic wrap.
