Round Steak And Rice


  • 2 package(s) brown gravy mix
  • 1 ½ cup(s) HOT water
  • 1/8 cup(s) soy sauce
  • 1/8 cup(s) worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 cup(s) red wine vinegar
  • 3 cup(s) cooked white or brown rice
  • 2 pound(s) Round Steak

Preheat oven to 350°. Cut meat into bite-size squares. Spray the frying pan with PAM. Brown the meat, drain. Add the gravy mix, hot water, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and red wine vinegar. Stir on medium heat. Heat until well blended. Put in oven and bake for 30 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.
