Round Steak Smothered in Onions

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon(s) tomato paste
• 2 large onions, thinly sliced
• 1 tablespoon(s) flour
• ½ teaspoon(s) pepper

• 2 tablespoon(s) oil
• 1 pound(s) round steak, whole or in serving pieces
