Round Steak with Italian Sauce

Ingredients

• ½ cup(s) wine
• ¼ cup(s) flour
• 1 teaspoon(s) salt
• 1 teaspoon(s) turmeric (optional)
• 1 teaspoon(s) paprika (optional)
• ½ teaspoon(s) pepper
• 2 cup(s) bottled pasta sauce, preferably chunky type
• + 2 more ingredients
• • 2 tablespoon(s) olive or canola oil
  • 1 pound(s) round steak

Leave the steak in one piece, or if preferred, cut into serving size pieces. Trim off excess fat.
