  • 1 cup finely chopped, toasted
  • 2 ½ cups finely crushed vanilla wafers
  • 2 tablespoons light
  • ½ cup dark rum
  • ½ teaspoon ground
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 ½ cups confectioners'
