Rum Bavarian Cream


  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • Grated chocolate
  • 2 cups whipping cream, divided
  • 1 ½ cups milk, scalded
  • 4 eggs, separated
  • 1/3 cup light rum
  • 1 cup ground walnuts
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • ½ cup sugar
    • ½ cup cold water
