Rustic Tomato and Ricotta Tart
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 lemon, zested
- 8 ounces (2 sticks) cold unsalted butter, cut into pieces
- 1 large egg plus 1 egg yolk, whisked together
- 1 cup ricotta
- 1 egg white
