Rustic Vidalia Onion Tart
Ingredients
- 4 medium-size Vidalia onions, thinly sliced (about 6 1/2 cups)
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
- 1 ½ teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
- ½ (15-oz.) package refrigerated piecrusts
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- Parchment paper
- ¾ teaspoon salt
