Ingredients

  • 3 tbsps sunflower seeds (ground)
  • 3 tbsps sesame seeds (ground)
  • 2 tbsps carob (powder optional)
  • 1 tbsp coconut (ground raw or dehydrated at low temperature)
  • 1 pinch salt (optional)
  • 3 tbsps honey (2 tablespoons maple syrup optional)
