Ruth's Marinated Mushrooms


  • Worchestershire sauce
  • 2 oil (salad oil, or 1/2 salad oil and 1/2 olive oil)
  • parsley
  • mushrooms
  • salt
  • basil
  • 1 lemon juice
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 1 clove garlic
    • oregano
    • ground pepper

Dry mushrooms thoroughly. If brown, soak in mixture of one part lemon juice to three parts water to bleach. Mix oil, lemon juice, crushed garlic in a bowl. Add mushrooms.
