Sake Soy Guacamole

Sake Soy Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ tablespoons finely grated ginger
  • 1 ½ tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sake
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh shiso leaves* (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped green onion
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 ripe medium avocados, pitted
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
    • 1 serrano chile, seeded and finely chopped

Scoop avocado flesh into a bowl and mash with a fork (leave slightly chunky). Stir in all other ingredients except sesame seeds. Sprinkle with the seeds.*An aromatic herb; find shiso at Asian markets.Note: Nutritional analysis is per tbsp.
