Ingredients

  • 1 baguette
  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • ½ cup olives, preferably kalamata, pitted
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ red onion, thinly sliced into half-moons

    • 2 6-ounce cans tuna, drained
    • 2 to 3 anchovy fillets
    • 1 pound green beans, trimmed
