  • ¼ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 4 ounces Swiss cheese, thinly sliced
  • 4 ounces hard salami, thinly sliced
  • ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • Salt and pepper
    • 4 Italian sandwich rolls

1. Slice rolls lengthwise without cutting all the way through. Spread both sides of each roll with 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise. 2.
