Sardine "Tonnato" Spread

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon zest
- 2 3 3/4-oz cans brisling sardines packed in olive oil
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 2 teaspoons bottled capers
- + 1 more ingredients

- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
Mash together all ingredients in a bowl with a fork until combined well.
