Saucy Succotash

Ingredients

  • 1 16 ounce package frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
  • 1 16 ounce package frozen lima beans, thawed
  • 1 14 ¾ ounce can cream-style corn
  • 1 cup chopped red sweet pepper
  • 1 cup shredded smoked Gouda cheese (4 ounces)
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 2 teaspoons cumin seeds
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • ¼ cup water
    • 1 8 ounce carton light dairy sour cream
