Sausage and Egg Bake 3


  • 6 eggs (beaten)
  • 2 cup(s) milk
  • 1 pound(s) sausage
  • 2 slice(s) white bread (cubed)
  • 1 tablespoon(s) dry mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste

Brown sausage; drain off all fat and cool. Beat eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper. Add sausage, bread cubes, and seasoning. Place in a 9x9 inch glass dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes. This can be made the night before, and placed in refrigerator.
