Sausage & Egg Casserole #2


  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cup(s) shredded cheese
  • ¼ cup(s) milk
  • 6 eggs
  • ½ pound(s) sausage

Preheat oven to 350°. Brown sausage, crumbling as it cooks. Drain & cool. Beat eggs in a bowl until light and fluffy. Add milk, salt , pepper, beat again. Fold in sausage and cheese. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake for 25 minutes or until eggs are set.
