Sausage and Egg Casserole with Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Mozzarella

Ingredients

  • ½ cup shallots
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 3 large egg yolks
  • 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pound Italian sweet sausage
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 2 garlic cloves
    • ½ cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
    • 4 tablespoons fresh parsley
    • 5 large eggs
