Sausage and Egg Casserole with Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Mozzarella

Ingredients

• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 cup whipping cream
• 1 cup half and half
• 3 large egg yolks
• 1 pound Italian sweet sausage
• 2 garlic cloves
• ½ cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
