  • 8 ounces shredded whole-milk mozzarella
  • 1 pound packaged sliced mushrooms
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 pound dried penne
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
