Sausage and Red Pepper Frittata

Ingredients

• 1 Panera Bread Asiago Cheese Bread Demi, sliced
• ¼ cup grated Parmesan
• ¾ cup shredded part-skim mozzarella
• ¹/₈ teaspoon ground black pepper
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
• ¼ cup milk, any type
• + 3 more ingredients

  • ²/₃ cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 4 ounces sweet Italian sausage (about 1 large link)
