Sausage Gravy and Biscuits


  • 2 pound(s) sausage, browned
  • 10 -12 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon(s) pepper
  • 2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 cup(s) butter
  • 1 ½ cup(s) flour

Add butter, salt and pepper to browned sausage. Add flour. Slowly add milk and mix together. Bring to a boil, then simmer till it thickens. Serve over biscuits.
