Sausage Meatloaf with Lemon and Parmesan
Ingredients
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 Tbs. honey
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 lightly packed tsp. finely grated lemon zest
- ¾ cup dry white wine
- 2 large eggs
- 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce

- 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
- 2 large cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2/3 lb. bulk sweet or hot Italian sausage
- 2/3 lb. ground beef
- 2/3 lb. ground veal
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- Kosher Salt
- ½ cup finely grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
- 4 oz. medium-coarse white bread, such as Italian or French, cut into 2-inch pieces (about 2-½ cups)
