Sausage Mushroom Egg Casserole

Ingredients

  • 3 cup(s) milk - divided
  • 1 can(s) mushrooms
  • 4 eggs
  • ¾ teaspoon(s) dry mustard
  • ½ teaspoon(s) salt
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) pepper
  • 2 cup(s) Cheddar cheese - shredded, divided

    • 1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
    • 1 500/1000 pound(s) ground sausage
    • 2 ½ cup(s) seasoned stuffing mix
