Sausage Mushroom Egg Casserole
Ingredients
- 3 cup(s) milk - divided
- 1 can(s) mushrooms
- 4 eggs
- ¾ teaspoon(s) dry mustard
- ½ teaspoon(s) salt
- ¼ teaspoon(s) pepper
- 2 cup(s) Cheddar cheese - shredded, divided

- 1 500/1000 pound(s) ground sausage
- 2 ½ cup(s) seasoned stuffing mix
In a large skillet, brown the sausage. Drain and set aside. Place croutons on bottom of greased 9x13 baking dish. Top with 1 1/2 cups of cheese and sausage. Beat eggs with 2 1/2 cups milk (reserved 1/2 cup will be used for soup mixture) and seasonings, pour into baking dish. Cover and refrige...
