Sausage Panini with Grapes & Gorgonzola Dolce

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup red grapes (about 9 large grapes), cut into thin slices
  • 3 oz. (6 Tbs.) Gorgonzola Dolce or other spreadable blue cheese
  • Two 6-inch lengths store-bought or homemade baguettes
  • One 4-oz. Italian sausage

Use a sharp chef's knife to cut the sausage almost in half lengthwise, leaving the two halves just barely attached to each other.
