SAUSAGE POTATO CASSEROLE 4

Ingredients

• ½ cup(s) water
• ¼ teaspoon(s) pepper
• ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
• 1 onion, chopped (small)
• 3 large potatoes, sliced (medium)
• 1 pound(s) sausage

Layer sausage, potatoes, and onion, in a casserole dish. Do not mix together. Top with water. Cover and bake 350 for 1 hour, 15 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
