Sausage Potato Stuffed Breakfast Peppers

Ingredients

• ¾ cup(s) shredded Colby-Jack cheese blend
• ¾ cup(s) whole milk
• ½ cup(s) all-purpose baking mix (Bisquick)
• ½ teaspoon(s) Garlic salt
• ¼ teaspoon(s) ground red pepper
• Freshly ground black pepper
• 4 red bell peppers

  • ½ pound(s) Italian sausage, casings removed, cooked and crumbled
  • 3 eggs (large)
