Sausage, Potatoes, and Onions
- 1 ½ pound(s) sweet italian sausage
- 1 ½ pound(s) hot italian sausage
- 5 pound(s) potatoes
- 1 Vidalia onion (large)
- 4 tablespoon(s) butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Remove sausage from casing and break into small pieces. Peel and dice potatoes in quarter inch squares. Dice onion. Prepare bag from aluminum foil. Layer 1/3 potatoes, sausage, onions, salt & pepper, and butter. Repeat twice. Place on low to medium heat on grill. Flip every 5 minutes. Can also be...
