Sausage, Potatoes, and Onions


  • 1 ½ pound(s) sweet italian sausage
  • 1 ½ pound(s) hot italian sausage
  • 5 pound(s) potatoes
  • 1 Vidalia onion (large)
  • 4 tablespoon(s) butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

Remove sausage from casing and break into small pieces. Peel and dice potatoes in quarter inch squares. Dice onion. Prepare bag from aluminum foil.
