- 1-¾ lb. apples (about 4 medium), peeled, quartered, cored, and sliced ¼ inch thick
- 3 Tbs. unsalted butter
- 2 Tbs. granulated sugar
In a large skillet, melt the butter and sugar. Increase the heat to medium high and add the apples; cook, tossing frequently, until browned, about 5 minutes.
