Sautéed Black Fresh Trumpet Mushrooms


  • 3 ½ ounce(s) fresh black trumpet mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon(s) unsalted butter, more if desired

Clean mushrooms with a mushroom brush. Open the length of the trumpet with a knife and remove any dirt. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté mushrooms 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat and serve as desired.
