  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoons dry breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup (2 ounces) preshredded fresh Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
    • 4 pounds littleneck clams

Combine clams, lemon juice, and pepper in a large nonstick skillet. Cover and cook over medium heat 8 minutes or until shells open. Discard any unopened shells.
