Sauteed Mushrooms with Melted Stilton
- Accompaniment: chunks of crusty whole-grain bread
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 2 large garlic cloves
- ½ pound Stilton cheese
- ½ pound mushrooms
