Sauteed Rice with Kale
Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped kale
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- ½ cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- ½ green bell pepper, diced
