Sauteed Russian Kale with Bacon

Ingredients

  • 1 pound
  • 3 slices
  • 14 cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon
  • 1 cup
  • ½ teaspoon
  • ¼ teaspoon

In a large steamer, cook the kale (in batches if necessary) until wilted, about 3 minutes. Set the kale aside.
