Sautéed Spinach with Garlic and Olive Oil
- 1 pound(s) spinach - two large bunches
- 2 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil
- 2 clove(s) garlic - diced or thinly sliced
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
