Sauteed Tofu with Bitter Greens
Ingredients
- One 1-pound block extra-firm tofu
- 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- ½ teaspoon chili paste or Tabasco (optional)
- 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, lightly toasted
- + 2 more ingredients

- ¼ teaspoon crushed red-pepper flakes
- 6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
