Savory Cheese Truffles with Chives

Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • ½ cup chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans, toasted
  • 2 teaspoons jarred roasted minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh chives
  • 6 ounces goat cheese
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 1 (8-oz.) package cream cheese, softened

Beat first 3 ingredients at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Stir in chives, garlic, and pepper. Cover and chill at least 2 hours or until firm. Shape cheese mixture into 1" balls.
